Cancellation & Refunds Policy
KAPMI has the authority to postpone, cancel, or relocate an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events such as floods, earthquakes, and political instability. If KAPMI cancels an event, students will receive a full refund.
If a student cancels within 48 hours of subscribing, an administration fee of 10% will be deducted. If a student cancels more than seven days prior to the event, 20% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is made by a student seven days or less before the event.
If you plan to travel to attend the course, please do not make any travel arrangements until we confirm the class. Confirmation will be sent by email at least one week prior to the start date.
